To enter, pre-order AK’s forthcoming record “NOW IM FOREVER”, take a photograph of your pre-order receipt (with all financial details blacked out), and “tweet” the photograph to @iamtherealak with the hashtag #NOWIMFOREVER1010. Alternatively, as the no purchase necessary method of entering the sweepstakes, send your full legal name, DOB, mailing address, and email address to jason@lh7management.com. All entries must be received between September 15, 2018 and 12:00am on October 8, 2018. Multiple entries are strictly prohibited. On or about 9:00pm on October 9, 2018, AK will randomly select, from the entrants, the single winner of the sweepstakes, and will, at the same time, announce the winner via a so-called “Instagram live” video. The winner will receive: (i) a voucher in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) which must be applied directly towards the cost of one (1) round trip flight to any city in the contiguous 48 United States where AK will be performing a live show (the “Live Show City”) during the 12 month period following the sweepstakes (flight must also originate from an airport in one of the contiguous 48 United States) and one (1) night hotel stay (in one (1) room) in the Live Show City; and (ii) one (1) VIP ticket to AK’s live show in the Live Show City (the “Prize”). The winner shall arrange for the booking of all travel and accommodations and shall be solely responsible for all other costs associated with attending the live show. The winner will be solely responsible for the payment of any taxes on the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable. The winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of being declared the winner. AK shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize, and/or any travel related thereto.
